His Excellency, Godfrey L. Binaisa (Q.C), was until his recent demise a consultant in the firm and enjoyed a distinguished career in the law. He was an integral part of the formation of this firm and his spirit and excellent guidance will forever be enshrined with us and remains a constant beacon, that guides us in our daily work.

In 1954 he joined the Bar as a Legal Associate with M/s Hunter & Greig Advocates. By 1956, he had established his own private legal practice with the late Mr. John Kazoora, under the name of Binaisa & Kazoora Advocates and in 1962 he was appointed Attorney General of Uganda and served in this position until 1967.

Rehemah Nassozi (Q.C)

Rehemah is an associate with the firm and the focus of her practice is in the Trust and Estate management department. Rehemah’s practice includes counselling clients with respect to preparation of both simple and complex wills; insurance trusts, revocable trusts, charitable trusts and various other types of trusts and other documents used in sophisticated estate planning.

Francis’s practice is focused on energy industry based transactions more specifically oil and gas. His practice focuses on regulatory matters and energy sector transactions, including the representation of energy traders and financial institutions. His experience spanning in oil and gas field asset and corporate sale and purchases, joint ventures, re-structuring, corporate finance, and commercial contracts;

Adit Lydia Atubo

Ms. Atubo is an associate with the firm and the focus of her practice is in the company law department. Jason is an associate in the Commercial litigation department. His practice area covers general commercial and corporate litigation, domestic and international arbitration, intellectual property disputes, insurance and reinsurance disputes, and contentious insolvency. Ronald Baluku

Ronald is an Associate with the firm and his practice is focused in the Real Estate department. He deals with a wide range of Real Estate matters including the acquisition, disposal, leasing and development of properties in the office, retail, leisure and industrial sectors.

Miriam is a law clerk with the firm and an approved process server. She holds a BCOM (Hons) degree from the Faculty of Economics and Management at Makerere University majoring in Accounting and a Diploma in Business Administration at Makerere University Business School.


John Bosco Byaruhanga

John is a law clerk with the firm and an approved process server. He holds a BA Social Sciences (Hons) degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Makerere University.
